These terms govern your access to and use of Kontaktis. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Kontaktis provides an online venue for discovery, listings, and communication between businesses. We are not a party to contracts between buyers and suppliers unless expressly stated. You are responsible for your own due diligence, negotiations, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and not misuse the platform (including scraping, malware, harassment, fraud, or circumvention of technical limits). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Content you submit (profiles, listings, messages) must not infringe others’ rights or violate law. You grant us a license to host and display such content as needed to operate the service.

The platform is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages where allowed.

We may modify these terms or the service; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Governing law and disputes follow the jurisdiction we specify in a separate notice or your agreement where applicable.
